  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Work closely with client managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Providing recruitment reports to Recruitment Manager.


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Min 1-2 year’s solid experiences in recruitment
  • Fresh grads and posses an interest into recruitment are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must be result-oriented, customer focused and with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Open to Malaysian only
