- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as needed
- Work closely with client managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Providing recruitment reports to Recruitment Manager.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Min 1-2 year’s solid experiences in recruitment
- Fresh grads and posses an interest into recruitment are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must be result-oriented, customer focused and with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Open to Malaysian only
