• Accountable for Talent Acquisition inclusive of all recruitment and Employer Brand activities in regional scope. • Drive and support talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to meet the hiring needs deliver successful talent acquisition solutions across multiple regions to achieve lower cost of hire, improve quality and speed of hire. • Understand hiring needs, growth plan, critical talent gaps & challenges • Source and attract candidates with suitable and effective hiring channels • Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle and involve actively in talent acquisition initiatives e.g. Management -Associate/Internship Programs, including screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer management and onboard arrangement ensure a great candidate experience • Establish meaningful relationships with all stakeholders to execute recruiting plans to address current and future talent needs • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, campus etc • Involve development of talent acquisition policies, processes, & toolkits to build, develop and grow strong talent pipelines

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field • Min 1 year’s solid experiences in Talent Acquisition; • Candidate with experience working with reputable headhunting firm are encouraged to apply • Candidate must be result-oriented, customer focused and with strong stakeholder management skills. • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa • Possess good track records with high speed & high-volume recruitment experience • Proactive and ability to work effectively with excellent problem solving skills • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur. • Full-Time position(s) available.
