• Plan, develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational & business growth. • Solicit and market a range of software solutions to corporates / SME companies.• Aggressively build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business owners to acquire new customer base including generate new leads from cold calling with a provided database or own source.• To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed achieving sales targets and within the agreed time frame.• To develop presentation materials, delivery of presentations and creation of client specific solutions, concept papers and executive summaries.• Work closely with Technical departments to coordinate client needs, resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.• To achieve sales KPI & sales target assigned by company• Attractive remuneration and entitlement of company profit sharing.
Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Studies/Administration/Management or proven working experience as sales representative in software selling with at least 3-4 years’ experience.
• Must have strong organizational, supervisory and managerial skills, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Must be self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills, good negotiation skills & able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
• At least 3 years work experiences in IT Software, System Development & Integration Projects, Customisation Solutions, E-Commerce, Web and Mobile Apps.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & knowing Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel if required
