Diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in marketing role a plus

About the role:

We are looking for a strong communicator with the ability to think creatively & support the team in achieving key business goals. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative environment as s/he is required to closely support B2C sales team in Malaysia market, as well as other departments. The candidate should be detail-oriented and must possess strong problem-solving, project and timeline management skills.



  • Assist the Trade Marketing Manager / Senior Executive to plan and execute monthly promotions, from developing all relevant marketing collaterals to communicate said promotions, to preparing weekly / monthly report with insights and key takeaways that can be used to drive sales conversions / promo take ups.
  • Drive the sponsorship and partnership contract fulfilment - Ensuring that monthly tracker is updated in a timely manner, fulfilment listed are delivered by partners or us, prepare quarterly report to update the partnership status, support in ensuring all event collaboration such as booth presence are managed well.
  • Contribute to the organization’s objectives of increasing market share and enhancing B2C sales performance.
  • Engagement
  • Assist in coordinating programs and activities including but not limited to webinars, events, trade shows, and participate in all field events when required.
  • Provide timely administrative support (e.g Raising of invoices and PO through chrome)
  • Monitor & stock check inventory for trade marketing such as goodies, gifts delivery, etc.
  • Provide other necessary support in related B2C Sales events and ad-hoc projects/task as and when required.
