Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O-Level preferably with Professional certificates such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC & ITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Personal Services, or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Customer Care, Facial Skill, and Good Interpersonal skills.
• Required language(s) : Fluent Mandarin & English. Fluent Mandarin speakers are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Training will be provided.
• Added advantage if have prior working experience in an aesthetic clinic.
• Full Time positions only.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays (Off in lieu or compensation will be provided)
• Good Team player.
• Willing to learn and must be hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Providing and maintaining high standard of customer care and services.
• Promoting sales of products and services.
• Assisting doctors to perform aesthetic procedures.
• Carrying out beauty treatments such as facials.
• Answering phone calls and taking care of the reception counter.
• Appointment booking and follow-up calls to the customers.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy clinic environment as required.
