Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with Design Lead & Design Implementation Team to prepare interior and architectural spatial 3D Models, Visualization, Animation and Graphic Presentation to communicate the design intents and influence decision making. 
• Keeping up to date with relevant 3D & Graphic Presentation software advances. 
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines. 
• Support design team by conducting regular knowledge sharing in 3D modelling and visualization technique.

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience working with Interior / Architectural works will be an advantage. 
• Possess strong knowledge of 3D Max/ SketchUp modelling software and VARY / ENSCAPE 
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree. 
• Previously handling and involved in 10,000 sqf project
