Develop pedagogical guidelines and professional development programmes to ensure the successful implementation of school transformation and other education projects.
Lead on the design, development, and implementation of identified signature programmes
Lead the formulation and implementation of appropriate research and development strategies for School Improvement.
Ensure quality deliverables are met against agreed timelines.
Support the implementation of Programme Quality Assurance Framework and ensure compliance. This includes the establishment of quality assurance procedures for all instructional design, materials, and training processes aligned to corporate and clients’ requirements.
Establish and support continuous improvement initiatives related to research and development.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the education sector i.e. :
Teaching, teacher training and educational leadership experience
A good understanding of innovations in teaching and learning with proven education programme development and implementation experience
Experience in the development and implementation of educational standards in a range of settings. Malaysian or similar context is preferred.
Experience in the design and development strategies, framework and content of effective Continuous Professional Development programmes and products for education professionals including (but not limited to) teachers, school leaders, Ministry of Education staff.
Experience in designing programmes that meet specific requirements or identified client needs.
Primary and / or secondary school transformation experience in an advisory capacity with emphasis on supporting schools in taking ownership and driving the transformation process.
Ability to foster rapport, mutual respect and cooperation with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders. Able to observe and apply cultural awareness and sensitivity by working within the expected norms of the client and stakeholders.
