Accountable for establishing performance measures, collecting and analyzing performance information, planning and managing evaluations which are then used for decision-making.
Provide input into the design, implementation and dissemination of evaluations, special studies and assessments.
Create and review programme designs and identify required resources for evaluations.
Create monitoring plan that includes assessing the validity of the information and indicators that contribute to specific projects.
Identify data collection methods for adequate monitoring and evaluation.
A post-graduate degree in Education or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 10 years teaching and teacher training experience.
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in a performance monitoring and/or evaluation role with an international education or development organization.
Experience in school transformation and improvement an added advantage.
Experience with data analysis and/or statistical software an added advantage.
Fully computer literate with Microsoft Office programmes.
Good command of oral and written English.
Good interpersonal skills.
