A candidate with experience in dealing with
Company Secretarial and corporate matters to provide support to the Company
Secretaries in all aspects of compliance and governance duties within the Group.
To assist and support the Company
Secretaries in a wide range of secretarial and corporate duties.
To manage and administer Board and
Committee meetings including taking minutes, preparing agenda and papers,
compiling meeting books and following up on action items.
To maintain statutory books, registers
and secretarial records and ensure compliance with relevant
statutory and regulatory requirements.
To prepare and provide documents and
information to statutory bodies, stakeholders, external and internal parties.
To maintain the Secretarial Document
support the Chairman’s office.
To undertake general administrative
duties or any jobs assigned by the Company Secretary.
Academic Qualification : Professional, ICSA
