The incumbent will be responsible for developing and sustaining the HR capabilities needed to formulate and implement all human capital strategies to attract, retain and motivate talent to drive the profitability and expansion of all our operations in Yangon.
a) Degree in Management, Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience.
b) 7 to 10 years of HR experience (with at least 4 years at the managerial level), preferably in hospitality industry e.g., 4-5 star hotels, or local/global conglomerates with regional experience.
c) Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Myanmar will be advantageous.
d) Ability to multi task, handle tight deadlines and work in a faced paced environment.
e) Competent in all HR functional areas (staffing, compensation, learning and development, change management etc).
f) Strong leadership and conceptual abilities.
g) Result oriented, self-starter with initiative and strong execution drive.
h) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
