Design and evaluate educational projects and initiatives related to school transformation and other learning spaces.
To conceptualize and develop curriculum and instructional frameworks for educational programmes & interventions by defining the programme medium, content, standards, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
To work with the Monitoring & Evaluation team to integrate relevant processes to ensure programme efficiency and impact.
A post-graduate degree in Education or other relevant fields.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the education sector which includes a combination of teaching, teacher training and educational leadership experience.
Experience in developing frameworks for instructional design and training within a context of school transformation and/ or other education environments.
Fully computer literate with Microsoft Office programmes.
Good command of oral and written English.
Good interpersonal skills.
