ASSISTANT MANAGER / SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / SALES EXECUTIVE
Job purpose and key functions:
Attend to all new business enquiries
responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Source and develop new business and
customers to achieve the sales target and gross profit margin.
2 Qualify and evaluate the right type of
business suitable for our manufacturing process and capacity.
3. Ensure that approved new customer are
credit worthy and financially stable.
4. Provide value-added services and exceed
customers’ requirements in respect of all inquiries from customers, product
development, improvement and complaints.
5. To obtain and provide a three months
rolling forecast usage from all new customers to facilitate production
capacity planning and raw material planning.
6. Prompt collection on all due payment
7. To service newly secured accounts before
handing over to marketing services executive to follow-up and gradually take
8. Prepare Product Information for
new jobs and ensure all new items are duly briefed at the new product
9. Responsibility for stagnant stock.
10. Establish close and healthy
relationship with customers at all times.
Degree / Diploma in
Marketing or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 – 10 years experiences with
similar post in paper box, printing and packaging industries or in related
Strong managerial, supervisory and
leadership skills are required.
Strong analytical skill.
Good negotiation and communication skill
Well versed in company business process.
Good technical knowledge in process and

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and

Possess own transport and valid driving
license. Able to travel outstations and oversea
RM 4,000 - RM 6,000
