Job Scope:-

1. Lead the finance team to manage the day to day
operations and perform management accounting activities including preparations
of consolidated accounts, performance reviews, etc.

2. Provision of accurate and timely monthly
financial reports and statements.

3. Review operational and financial performances
of the company.

4. Ensure compliances in local accounting
standards, statutory filing requirements and reporting in line with the Group’s
emphasis on timely reporting and accountabilities.

5. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and
other statutory bodies.

6. Handle full set of
accounts including accounts receivable, account payable and general ledger

o  reviews the
processes of expense vouchers, invoices, and other fiscal documents for payment

o  prepares financial
statements, report of operations, expenditure reports, statistical data, and
other information concerning financial requirements

o  assists in
gathering and reviewing data for preparation of budget work programs

7.  Provide
analysis of trade debtors and trade creditors’ account.

o  Reviews analyse and present financial data; including revenue
projections and expenditure reports to determine funding requirements and
liaise with operation department.

8. Do
monthly reconciliation

o  reconcile various financial reports and other data concerning fiscal
operations to bank statement

9. Credit
control

o  monitor credit worthiness of existing customers

o  ensure that company’s credit limit and collection policies and
procedures are adhered to

o  Assist in issuance of Letter of credit and bank
guarantee and update the letter of credit and bank guarantee listing.

o  Prepare monthly creditors’
reconciliation.

10.   Prepare accounting schedules for audit and tax
purposes

o  liaise closely and directly with tax agent for taxation purposes

o  assist to prepare audited accounts and liaise with auditors pertaining
to audit matters

o  coordinate with external auditor with the yearly auditing for the
company and finalize audited accounts in time for filing with local authorities

o  To manage Accounts Receivables. To
prepare daily sales report and cash collection report.

o  Daily reconciliation of income and settlement.

 Requirements:-

o Has experience in
managing banking facilities

o Has experience in
power engineering industry

Familiar with UBS Accounting

–         
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
