The talents will be interviewed by our consultants, during which the talent’s attitude, work experience and background will be studied and analysed by our experienced consultants.
A potential list of talents will be proposed to the client.
Arrangement for phone interview or face to face interview of shortlisted talents with the client.
7 . Negotiation
Once a talent is offered the job, our consultants will assist in negotiation, reference checking until the offer is accepted.
